It is an additive-free syrup undiluted solution made only from yuzu juice extracted by hand-squeezing pesticide-free yuzu from Tokushima Prefecture and rock sugar from Hokkaido beet sugar. You can easily enjoy a yuzu drink by simply diluting it 5-6 times with ice or carbonic acid. Use with salt and oil for marinades and pasta sauces.
